I was a New York girl for most of my life, although I lived in Bologna, Italy for almost 6 years in the early 70s. I was an elementary school teacher for 22 years.
I have 2 children, a son-in-law and 3 granddaughters.

I have been a seasonal owner in RLPCC as of April 2018. My principle residence is in Vancouver BC. Not yet retired, I have been selling residential real estate for the past 18 years.
I love the game of golf and have always said "golf is all about time and no money or money and no time". It isn't until we retire that the two seem to come together and then we're busy trying to lower a handicap or just go out as often as we can to enjoy the day.

I moved to California from Chicago (and I AM a Chicago girl at heart!) in 2014 and feel incredibly blessed to have become a part of this amazing RLP community. Before retiring, I ws a professor at Northwestern University inChicago... and although I enjoyed an incredible career, I simply love my life as a retiree! I find joy in reading, golfing, hiking, growing relationships with friends an a bit of travel. That...and exploring new skills (dancing? guitar? etc.) I am the grandmother of 5 grandkids, mother of 2 adult children and wife of 1 husband!
